There’s a story in the Bible where Jesus and his followers were with a crowd of people. As evening approached his followers said to Jesus “Send the crowds away, so they can go to the villages and buy themselves some food.” Jesus said “I’ve got a better idea. You give them something to eat.”
“But, we don’t have enough. I have my lunch, he has his, it’s not even close.”
You’ve been there and so have I. Surrounded by need. You may not hear the voice of Jesus, but you do feel a nudging in your heart. “You feed them”. We too never feel like we have enough. There’s too many people, There’s too much need, What difference can the little I have make?”
You might know how the story ends. It’s a miracle of sorts. They all get fed. And there’s leftovers. How?
