Why pray? Many people think, well, churches pray all the time and there’s still Ukrainians dying and Gaza’s still burning. Numbing greed that leads to uncertain economies. A lot of kneeling is happening, but the bad is still there. Maybe we should forget about the whole prayer thing and just start to work toward the things we need. Like justice, and equity, And loving our neighbour.

You’ve thought that before. So have I. So, why pray?
Let’s check with Jesus. He’ll have some things to say about this.
One thing’s for sure. Millions upon million have and do. And they’ll stand in line to say it’s a game changer.
