Westmount Presbyterian Church Family and Friends:
As of Monday March 16th, based on the direction and advice from federal, provincial and local health and government we have suspended all activities at Westmount Presbyterian Church, this includes Sunday worship, meetings, all community gatherings and rentals of church space. The Prime Minister has advised Canadians to stay home and the province has prohibited gatherings of 50 people or more in size. Health care professionals are asking us to stay at home, as it will save lives, especially lives of those in vulnerable segments of our population. As such, the church office is closed, and staff will be working remotely as they are able. It is our hope that we may be able to gather for worship on Easter Sunday April 12th. The impact of this evolving global health emergency affects us all and will shape our communal life for months to come.
