INTERIM MUSIC DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT – Donna Sloan

The Session of Westmount Presbyterian Church is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Donna Sloan as Interim Music Director.

Currently Donna is graciously volunteering her time and talent to our WPC community for the summer months. A search for a permanent Music Director will commence in the months ahead. Until the time of a permanent appointment, we give thanks for Donna’s musical leadership – it is greatly appreciated.

Donna received the ARCT designation from the Royal Conservatory of Toronto (University of Toronto) and has participated in numerous continuing education programs for choral and worship music programs.

From 1995 until 2009, she was the Music Director at Richards Memorial United Church in London. Since early 2009 until present, she serves as a supply Music Director for services for that church community. For three decades prior, Donna provided musical services at many churches in London and Kingsville, Ontario areas.

As well, she has fulfilled a career as a Certified Court Reporter first employed by the Attorney General of Ontario and later self-employed in her own business.

Donna lives near St. Thomas, is married to Ken Sloan, and is a proud mother and grandmother.
