Join us this Sunday, April 14th, Palm Sunday, for our Easter choral Cantata “Once upon a Tree,” sung by the Sanctuary Singers.  Words and music were written by Pepper Choplin. This Easter story is narrated by Luke from the celebration of the triumphal entry; the struggle of Gethsemane, the tenderness of a mother’s grief to the anger in the face of injustice. The story and its music takes us to the depth of human suffering and lifts us to the ultimate victory over death.  The Prelude/Offertory and Postlude music on this special musical Sunday will be provided by a Brass Quartet.
