This Sunday is PWS&D Sunday at WPC we focus on our GO ministries and how God calls us to reach out in love through Mission. Together we will learn more about the development and relief agency of The Presbyterian Church in Canada, PWS&D. In partnership with local organizations, Presbyterian World Service & Development responds to lift up the poor, the hungry and the oppressed.  Together, we are building a world where women, men and children have what they need to improve their well-being, recover from emergency situations and plan for futures abundant in the blessings of Christ.

We will welcome John Popiel, PWS&D’s Latin America and Caribbean Program Coordinator, as our guest preacher.

The scriptures for this week are: Colossians 3: 12-17 and 1 John 3: 17-18
