It’s easy to be content when we get what we want. Marner to McDavid, top shelf up with the peanut butter. Game over. Content.
But, what happens when we don’t get what we want? What happens when we lose the game? How can we have the word “Content” over our heads when everything goes wrong?
The disciple Paul says one of the most amazing things in all of scripture: “I’ve learned to be content in all circumstances.”
Is that possible? Seriously? A hockey game is just a hockey game. But what about real life stuff?
