What do we think of when we think of gentle people? Is gentleness something that our culture values? Do we raise our children to be gentle? If we’re honest, we admit that it’s not very high on the list of things to pursue in life. We’re not against it, but there are things just more important.
But yet throughout the Bible “gentle” is the term used to describe a follower of Jesus. And when it comes to changing the world, it turns out there are few things more important.
