This week at WPC we celebrate Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem as we gather for Palm Sunday.  We prepare ourselves as a community for Holy Week.  Those waving their palm branches on the road to Jerusalem are expecting a royal looking king riding in on a stallion but instead they get a humble King, bringing peace, who rides in on a donkey.  Their shouts of Hallelujah will soon turn to shouts of Crucify Him!  Many do not recognize their Saviour in their midst.  Will we recognize Jesus in our midst?

This Sunday we are also excited for the Westmount Sanctuary Singers' Easter Choral Cantata.  Join us for this musical celebration telling the story of Christ’s life, death and resurrection called “Here is Love” arranged by Larry Shackley.
