This Sunday on the Christian calendar is Palm Sunday. A primary theme is the need for Jesus followers to stand up to the forces of evil that exist in this world. It’s clear enough we don’t have to look far in these times to find corruption and injustice and the suffering it’s causing.
Jesus said that standing up to evil is a narrow road that not many are willing to take. Mostly because there’s a cost we have to be prepared to pay. But he’s crystal clear that what lies at the end of this road makes it all worth it.
